Dodds Dodds Warehouse, Chattanooga, TN:
Acquisition and redevelopment of a 12,000 SF  industrial building that features office and general warehouse use. Redevelopment plan included addressing deferred maintenance issues and a focused leasing effort. Currently leased to a national parts distributor. Completed 2006.  catylistloopnet
